羅馬一天建成的。在遍地千年殿堂、頹垣荒冢的城市裡，這家酒店顯然是一個現代化的新建築。貝斯特韋斯特精品皇家聖緹納大酒店這拗口的名字對中國人極不友好，我還是簡稱聖緹納酒店吧。他離Termini中央杻紐火車站200多米，這裏火車、機場巴士、地鐵A B線在此交匯，交通極為便利。現代化酒店的舒適性是毋庸置疑的，房間不大，床很舒服。意大利人的浪漫和設計感在此有多處體現，比如房間裏“給夢想上色”的氣氛燈設計，會有紅、綠、藍三種色澤的氛圍燈供客人選擇。走廊裏還有讓你扶不穩的波浪型牆壁。
到底是首都裏的大酒店，酒店房間電視有兩個中文頻道- CCTV 4 E和鳳凰衞視，WiFi下載網速可達18M。早餐種類適配Royal 名號，種類豐富，有鮮榨橙汁，口感相當哇塞。

Front Desk service is sub-par and lacking in general knowledge to guests. Examples.
1. Hop On Hop Off booking from front desk
Was told that pick-up and drop-off will be at Station A opposite the hotel. But end of the tour, we were dropped off at Station B and was told there's no bus going to Station A. We have to find our own way back due to unfriendly bus staff.
2. Restaurant Recommendation
Was given wrong direction by FO staff and have to walk back to hotel again to reconfirm direction.
3. Airport Transfer to FCO T3
Booked 1 day in advance thru FO, but this morning when we went down to FO for check-out, there's no record ? Even though we were given a print out booking form from FO yesterday.
Disappointed 1st hotel stay in ROME. However, hotel location is conveniently located near to Rome Termini.

The location is perfect, right next to Termini Station. There are many restaurants around, and since it's close to the station, you can also use the shops inside the station. I stayed in a small double room by myself, and it was spacious enough for one person. The room was very clean and stylish, and the bed was large and comfortable. The desk was also spacious, so I was able to work on my computer easily. There were no problems with Wi-Fi. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was more luxurious than I expected, with a wide selection of bread, cheese, ham (there was also prosciutto), bacon, steamed vegetables, cereal, salad, yogurt, fruit, Danish pastries, etc. The front desk staff were all very kind, and the check-in time was flexible, which was helpful.

It's close to Termini Station and doesn't seem to be particularly unsafe. The bathroom is clean and the staff are polite. The fridge is stocked with alcohol, juice and snacks. It's a perfect hotel!! However, compared to Japanese hotels, they don't provide toothbrushes etc. so you have to bring them with you.
